Entry Forms

Do not mail General Entry forms. They should be filled out in duplicate and brought to the Fair Office in the Homecraft Building between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m Thursday, September 9, 2010 along with your exhibits. Entry tags may be filled out at that time or you may pick them up at the Uxbridge or Zephyr Libraries or the Uxbridge Township Office if you want to do it ahead of time.

Livestock entry forms must be received by the Secretary by August 27, 2010 if you wish to be issued free passes, (Horses, Cattle, Goats, Sheep & Poultry - 2 passes). Those not received by that date will have to pay at the gate.
